Maceated of Aguaymanto
Our new product based on aguaymanto fruit is our most recent success. It contains pepa of aguaymanto fruit, where it is allowed to macerate for a period of time, so that the liquor can take color and the fruit leaves its essence.
The combination of both products has made it have a good aroma and texture.

Aguaymanto is a wild plant whose fruit is round, yellow, sweet and small (between 1.25 and 2 cm in diameter).
Its shell, which has the shape of a cocoon, has a texture like paper but is not edible.
Its bittersweet and bitter taste, added to its exquisite aroma, generates a good taste to the palate.
Properties of Aguaymanto
Aguaymanto is an excellent source of provitamin A. vitamin C and also of the vitamin B complex (thiamine, niacin and vitamin B12).
